Your data, your control
What we store
- Your account email and display name.
- Trips, versions, share links you create, Travel DNA preferences, alert rules and notifications.
- Children are stored as ages only — never names or exact birth dates. We never ask for passport data.
Who can see it
Trip data is private to your account, enforced in the database. Shared links are read-only, require the viewer to sign in, and can be revoked at any time. Administrators can see aggregate counts and trip metadata for support.
Personalisation
Your Travel DNA is only applied when personalisation is switched on. You can turn it off or clear it on the Travel DNA page.
AI processing
When AI features run, your trip description is sent to our AI provider to produce structured suggestions. Requests are logged (type, status, timing) without storing your prompt text.
No emails are sent unless you explicitly opt in under Alerts → preferences and an email provider is configured.
Export & deletion
Download a full JSON export or permanently delete your account from the Account page.
